Following their incredible success in Melbourne, the iconic Lune Croissanterie expanded their business across Australia to include Brisbane and Sydney. We were part of their Australian expansion at each location along the way, including their newest flagship store in Rosebery, NSW.

We worked with Lune and their team of phenomenal professionals to deliver modern hospitality spaces inspired by communal gathering and creativity, from front of house requirements showcasing the delicate croissants to their infamous Lune Lab creative kitchens and practical back of house requirements.
